Join me, Lauren Eastwood. We'll gather to share ceremonial-grade cacao, an ancient plant medicine. You'll experience the heart-opening properties of cacao while connecting with like-minded souls in a safe, nurturing space. The focus for this event is finding the wonder in our lives and supporting each other and ourselves through the holidays (which can be a triggering or stressful time for many).

This ceremony is purposely being held in an intimate setting with smaller numbers to help keep it more focused and intentional.

Please bring a mat or bolster to sit on and a journal/pen.
